In Sunday’s National T20 cup the girls took on High Roding at High Roding. After being asked to bat Stortford scored 151-5 from their 20 overs with top scores from Elsie Heard and Elsie Lowe both 30 not out with Nyan Callan out for a quick fire 24.
In reply High Roding were skittled for 68 in the 19th overs with 1 wicket each from Betsy Gibson, Millie Cass, Maddie Alder, Libby Hodges and Isla Evans with some run outs to account for the remaining 2 batters. Stortford now travel to Chelmsford to continue their Essex tour in the next round!
