U10 returned to winning ways with a 24 run victory over Hoddesdon.
Having lost the toss, U10 overcame some accurate Hoddesdon bowling to set their opponents a target of 257 to win. Max top scored, finding the boundary twice to finish unbeaten on 18.
In reply, Hoddesdon made a positive start, reaching 220 off the first 5 overs, but were pegged back by some good old fashioned wicket taking. Brandon and Aaron caused the most damage, taking 3 wickets each whilst Max capped a fine all round performance taking 2 wickets for 6 runs off his 3 overs to ensure victory for U10.
