BSCC U10 Hardball Away to Datchworth

The U10s Hardball started the new season with a win. It was the first Hardball match for a few of the players.
Special mention to Luca for his batting, reaching a total of 15 including 2 fours, Bertie was next with 7 including 1 four.
The boys did very well in bowling, Mathew and Luca 2 wickets each, Brendan and Jake 1 a piece.
The final score was closer than it needed to be. Overthrows cost us a few runs. Decision making needs to improve when running, as we lost 2 wickets needlessly.
The boys also need to be calmer in the field, and remember not to question the Umpires' decisions, as they are final.
On the whole a decent start.
