U12 v Broxbourne U12

We lost the toss and batted first.

Not our best batting performance all out for just 69.
The advice to the team was more or less "we need to bowl them out ASAP"

Advice on board this is exactly what the bowlers did. At one point we were 17 for 7 and looking like finishing quickly. Broxbourne lost 5 of their batsman back to back for 0 runs.
However their lower order batsmen proved to be slightly more stubborn than their openers and I thought their final wicket would never fall. In the end we managed to get them all out for 52 with 3 overs to spare.

Well done to the team for keeping their heads up and for the bowlers staying focused.

Well done to our opening bat Amber Mays for providing the team with 23 Runs.
Hopefully we can get the nets ready sooner rather than later as batting practise is definitely our priority.

Our fielding was also very good with 2 great catches and 3 superb run outs. WELL DONE TEAM!
Please don't do that to us again. Not sure Bugsys heart will take it.
