Bishop's Stortford won the toss and batted first. Suzie Reader (35) and Eva Cullen (33) got Stortford off to a strong start scoring 81 off the first 9 overs, but wickets started to fall quickly until Poppy O’Toole (28) saw them to 165-6.

In reply, Harpenden got off to a flyer scoring 69 runs from the 6 over power play, but wickets fell at regular intervals firstly to Emily Holmes (3-29), and then a devastating spell of left arm spin from Eva Cullen swung the game Stortford’s way with 5 for 18 including a Hat-trick, Harpenden being bowled out for 138 and we now progress to a regional semi-final at home in 3 weeks time.
