From Joe Clune - Team Manager & Coach - Girls U12 and U14
I chose to do a RideLondon-Surrey 100 mile bike ride a year or so ago. Mainly for the challenge and to try to cheat age. Now as a tribute to my Mum I thought I would suffer for the benefit of Cancer research. I can assure you I will suffer as my body is slowly falling apart. I'm no Geraint Thomas even if I do ride my bike most weekends but only 35-40 miles. So it would be great if you could donate a fiver. Please don't feel obliged not compelled to donate a fortune but I would welcome your support. Of course I have to do this after playing a game of cricket on Saturday, not the best preparation!
You can help me raise money for this great cause by donating directly to my fundraising page - https://www.justgiving.com/Joe-Clune4.
JustGiving sends your donation straight to Cancer Research UK and automatically reclaims Gift Aid if you are a UK taxpayer, so your donation is worth even more.
Thank you for your support!
Joe
