2. To receive and consider the Report of the Directors and the Financial Statements of Accounts for the company for the year ended 30th September 2024.
3. To elect John D. Kilby & Co., Chartered Accountants as the Reporting Accountants of the Company.
4. A report on the trading position of the wholly owned subsidiary trading company
