U13s v BSCC U14 Girls

The U13B Boys team chose to bat first with Caleb and Samuel taking the score to 218 after losing 1 wicket. Padraig and Theo batted sensibly accumulating 1s and 2s to push up to 245. William and Josh played aggressively hitting 5 boundaries in their overs leaving us on 280. George and Rourke were a little more cautious and lost 1 wicket to take the score to 299. Henry and Patrick finished off losing 3 wickets which kept our score to a respectable 296-5. The Girls started strongly with Catherine hitting 4 boundaries but William took a brilliant catch off his own bowling to slow the rate. The boys continued to take wickets at regular intervals which kept the reply in check with George and Theo taking 3 wickets each, Henry and Padraig 1 each and Henry also contributed with 2 direct hit run outs. The final score was 230 for 11 wickets.
