U13s v St Margaretsbury

Asked to bat first our innings relied on 2 innings from Cameron Krauth and Felix Boyne who both retired with 30 plus 40 extras from their bowling. Matthew made 13 and Monty 11 as we lost quick wickets ate but finished on a creditable 140-7. Unfortunately our bowling and ground fielding let us done badly with overthrows, misfields and missed run outs gave them a chance to get close - 44 extras in total. Padraig Rees was the pick of the bowlers with 2-12 in 3 overs with Theo also taking 2 and Henry 1 wicket but it was left to the last 3 overs where we managed to be more accurate with Matthew taking 1-16 and Cameron 1-23 to ensure St Margaretsbury finished 3 short - 1 Get out of Jail Free card used up1
