Great start to the U13 Summer League with a combined U12/U13 team

Superb team effort from a combined U12/U13 Team.

With 5 U12s in the team we cruised to an easy win.

Braughing batted first and our superb bowling saw them off quickly 73/7

BATTING

Our batting started very carefully with no runs being taken in the first over. However we didn't wait too long for the first 4 to come from Billy. Billy went on to hit 5 fours in total and retired on 25 after facing 23 balls. The best was yet to come and U12 Benjy Furrer came in at No 5 and hit an astonishing 3 Sixes and a four giving him a total of 23 not out after facing only 8 balls. Game over for Braughing. (Aidan 10, Matt 3, Joe 0 not out).
