Hertfordshire Cricket Ltd is pleased to announce that due to the continued success of its Charley Cricket Programme and the ECB’s extensive research into junior cricket, which confirms this is the format they believe young cricketers should be playing, we are pleased to announce that the Hertfordshire Charley Cricket Programme will again take place this winter.

Charley Cricket is the start of the Hertfordshire Cricket Performance Pathway and this year after discussion with the ECB National Talent Manager we are introducing a Charley Cricket Elite Player Programme (Charley EPP).

The Venues for the Charley Cricket Winter Programme are as follows:

Tuesday - Rickmansworth School, Rickmansworth (change of day)
Wednesday - Stanborough School, Welwyn Garden City
Thursday – Verulam School, St Albans (new venue)

The training will run from September 2018 through to March 2019 and the cost for the whole winter programme remains at £200.00 (there will be an additional fee for those taking part in Charley EPP). The training is open to both boys and girls and there is no nomination process or trial required for players to sign up.

Full details regarding the Charley Cricket Programme, as well as application forms, can be found on our website via the following link.
