Working on technique, shot selection and power we will look to build the confidence of stoke play within the child, this will enable them to hit the ball into areas where they maybe haven't before and in the long run find it easier to score runs. We will look to turn this into working in game based scenarios to re create what will actually happen out on the pitch whether with hard ball or soft. We will also have full use of a bowling machine for these sessions to work on grooving those shots.

Bowling

Developing bowling actions to be safe and powerful. Many youngsters lack the power and accuracy when bowling and through specific training techniques we will look to ensure the correct movements are been made. There are many different training aids that we use with county and elite level players of which I will ensure are used to get the best out of these sessions.

These sessions will be run to really focus on improvement, skill and technique, with the timing of the sessions this will mean we are working towards the start of the season.
